Where the studio ships

What postage costs

Shipping is calculated from your delivery address. It is not added at checkout as a flat rate: the studio works out the real cost of getting that piece to that address — an original travels crated and insured, a print does not — and confirms it with you before anything is dispatched. Your order total at checkout is therefore the work itself.

How long it takes

• Prints are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• Originals are crated, insured and sent by tracked courier. They are packed individually, so allow a little longer.

An order containing both may arrive in more than one parcel, and prints are produced by the studio's print partner rather than shipped from the studio itself.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected, and it also appears on your order page. Nothing is dispatched without one.

Customs and duties

International parcels may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. Those charges are set by that country, are not collected by the studio, and are the recipient's.

If something goes wrong

Damaged or missing parcels are covered on the Returns & Refunds page. Write to info@blvckmilk.com with your order number and the studio will answer it personally.
