This site is run by the BLVCK MILK studio. Questions about anything below go to info@blvckmilk.com.

What is collected

• When you order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the order itself. This is what makes it possible to send you the work.
• When you write to the studio: whatever you put in the form. A body art enquiry may include reference photographs — these are stored privately, are never published, and are only ever opened by the studio.
• If you create an account: your name, email and saved addresses.
• As you browse: which pages and artworks are viewed, and what goes into a cart. This is first-party and counts interactions, not people.

What is never collected

Card details never reach this site. Payment happens on the payment provider's own page, and the studio is told only whether it succeeded.

Who else sees it

• The payment provider, to take the payment.
• The print partner and courier, to make and deliver the work — name and delivery address only.
• The email provider that carries order confirmations and replies.
• Meta, if you choose to message the studio through Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp — that conversation lives on their platform under their terms.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to advertisers. There is no third-party advertising or tracking script on this site today; if that ever changes, this page changes with it.

Cookies

Only the ones that make the site work: a session cookie, and cookies remembering your cart, your saved artwork and what you have recently viewed. No advertising cookies.

How long it is kept

Orders and the documents issued with them — invoices, certificates, ownership records — are kept for as long as tax and provenance records require. Enquiries are kept until they are answered and then archived. Analytics is kept in aggregate.

Your say over it

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — write to info@blvckmilk.com. Records the studio is legally required to keep, such as an issued invoice, cannot be deleted, and the reply will say so plainly.
