How big is it, really?
Everything below is drawn to one scale on a 3 metre wall, so the artwork and the reference object are in true proportion to each other.
About this piece
The face in its make-up: white ground, blue diamond over the eye, red across the mouth. Painted in close tone so the paint on the skin and the paint on the canvas read as the same thing.
The original has sold. A signed fine art print can be made from this piece in A5 through A1 on 300 gsm satin — price on request.
